01. How does the subscription work?
Prepaid works on a payment basis for the period you have chosen. It is always possible to change the period or level of your chosen subscription. When you change your subscription, the payment amount will be determined as an aliquot of the period and calculated on a case-by-case basis. After a successful payment (we use Stripe as the payment terminal), tokens will be credited to your account according to the subscription level you have chosen. Tokens are credited in the amount as specified in the subscription details and their validity is determined by the time period of the specific subscription level. Therefore, unused tokens of a particular period do not transfer to the next period.
